FAQ

R3 are processing all registrations for the R3 & INSOL Europe International Restructuring Conference – including those received from members of INSOL Europe. 

  • If you are a member of INSOL Europe please first create an R3 login here, then contact training@r3.org.uk to register your place. 
  • Non-members must also create an R3 login before registering. Once complete, please use the online booking form here.

R3 Members:

1. Click here for the R3 & INSOL Europe International Restructuring Conference booking portal.

2. Login into the booking portal using your R3 registered login and ID.

3. Once you have logged in the system will pre-fill your contact details based on what is entered in ‘My Profile’.

4. Review your booking and pay online via credit card.

5. Payment for bookings must be received before the booking can be confirmed.

To find out what your R3 ID is, login to  My Profile  and your R3 ID will be seen on the top left corner of the page.

Yes, in a few easy steps you can book your colleague or multiple people.

  1. Log into the R3 & INSOL Europe International Restructuring Conference booking portal using your registered email address and password.

  2. The system will prefill your contact details based on what is entered in ‘My Profile’.

  3. Your ticket price and R3 ID are pre-filled to ensure you are paying the right amount.

  4. When booking multiple people or a colleague you will need their R3 IDs to complete the purchase. If someone is booking a ticket for you, make sure they have your R3 ID.

  5. To book an additional delegate, enter their R3 ID when prompted, and click ‘Update’ – their details will be shown automatically.

  6. Review your booking and pay online via credit card.

  7. Payment for bookings must be received before the booking can be confirmed.

No.11 Cavendish Square is situated in the heart of London’s West End and is located closely to all the main London railway stations and tube lines. You can view the venue on a map to find the best way to arrive from your location. Once you arrive at the venue reception, you will be guided to the correct area where a member of the R3 team will be there to greet you.

Train: If arriving at London Kings Cross St. Pancras, you can take the underground Victoria line to Oxford Circus (Exit 4) or take a taxi from outside the station to the venue. If arriving at Paddington, you can take the underground Bakerloo line to Oxford Circus (Exit 4) or take a taxi from outside the station to the venue.

Tube: Oxford Circus (Exit 4) is the closest station, a handy 5-minute walk away from the venue. This station is serviced by the Central, Bakerloo and Victoria lines. Tottenham Court Road station is a 15-minute walk and is serviced by the Central, Elizabeth and Northern lines.

Parking: There is no parking on-site, but Cavendish Square Car Park is situated opposite the venue. You can visit Parkopedia for a list of other parking options in the area.
